Your written quotation sets out the services, payment schedule and booking conditions for your trip. Please review it before making a payment.
How enquiries, quotations and bookings work with The Holiday Host.
Planning your trip
Browse an itinerary or send your dates, group size and preferences by WhatsApp or email. An enquiry does not reserve a room, vehicle or place on a group trip.
Your quotation
Check the travel dates, named accommodation, room category and sharing, meals, pickup and drop-off, vehicle arrangements, included activities, total price and taxes. Optional activities, supplements and exclusions should be listed separately. Your quote will also identify the business and payee details.
Guide prices
Website prices are per-person planning estimates, with the sharing and package basis shown on the trip page. Your dates, group size, room choice and local services affect the final amount. A guide price is not a live availability offer.
Payments and confirmation
The deposit, balance amount and due dates are set out in your quotation. Check any non-refundable supplier charges and their deadlines before accepting. Pay only using the invoice details confirmed directly with The Holiday Host on +91 99062 69900. Keep your receipt and written booking confirmation. This website does not collect online payments.
Accommodation and transport
The confirmed package identifies the selected hotels, room types, meal plan and transport. Any material substitution or change in cost needs to be discussed with you. Local vehicles, permits and ticketed activities are included only when listed in your accepted quote.
Changes to your plans
Contact us in writing if you need to change dates, travellers or services. Availability, supplier rules and any additional costs or savings need to be agreed before an amendment is confirmed.
Group trips and route changes
For group travel, confirm the group arrangements and departure status before booking onward travel. Weather, road conditions, access permissions and activity operations can affect mountain itineraries. If arrangements change, contact the trip coordinator to discuss the available options and costs.
Preparing to travel
Tell us about accessibility, room, dietary and activity needs while planning. Check the identification, permissions and insurance relevant to your journey. Discuss altitude and exertion suitability with an appropriate professional where needed.
