Information you provide

An enquiry may include your name, phone, email, travel dates, destination, group size and optional budget, room or pace preferences. Share only what is needed to plan your trip. Please do not put payment-card details, identity-document scans or medical records in the initial enquiry.

How the website form works

Your entries are used in your browser to prepare a reviewable message. The form does not submit to a website database or save entries in browser storage. You choose whether to send the message through WhatsApp or email.

After you send a message

We use enquiry information to respond and discuss your requested travel arrangements. Booking-related information may be needed by the hotel, driver or other provider delivering an agreed service. Ask us which documents are necessary and how to share them before sending sensitive information.

Website and messaging providers

GitHub Pages hosts this website and Google Fonts supplies its web fonts. WhatsApp and your chosen email provider handle messages under their own privacy terms. This website currently has no advertising or analytics scripts. External websites have their own policies.

Records and privacy requests

The website has no customer account or stored enquiry database. Messages sent to the business are held in the relevant communication services. Contact us to ask about records relating to you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Booking and legal record requirements may affect what can be deleted.

Photos and reviews

The site uses credited destination photography and links to public customer review summaries. Permission is needed before using identifiable guest photographs or private customer stories.
