Choose the stay that suits your journey
Ask about the room, bathroom, heating and location before choosing a package.

Ask what standard and comfort actually mean
We can request a practical standard room or a comfort upgrade, but these are preferences for a quote, not hotel star ratings or fixed packages. A final proposal should name the property, room category, sharing, meal plan and location. Ask for current photos of the actual room category and bathroom.
Compare the details you will use
Check hot-water availability, heating arrangements and charges, power backup, stairs or lift, bedding, bathroom type, cleanliness arrangements and vehicle access. A houseboat adds questions about boarding steps, heating and transfers. Remote stays may have more limited facilities; say which features are essential to you.
Fewer moves can improve the holiday
Two or three nights at one base leave time to unpack, rest and explore. Consider an extra Srinagar heritage day or a slower Patnitop stay rather than adding a distant place every day. In Ladakh, protect the arrival rest period before any extra excursion.
Keep the accepted quote
The final price should show upgrades, single supplements, extra nights, taxes and substitution terms. If a named room is unavailable, agree the alternative before paying. An inspiration photograph on this website is not evidence that a specific property is included or reserved.
